We welcome the opportunity to discuss how the Tit-Up process works with your building design. We can conduct a constructability study to help you determine the budget for your client.

I have been fortunate to work with the Woodland Construction Company for several years. Throughout that time, I have had nothing but the utmost respect for your organization. We have often partnered in unique ways, and I have found your team to not only be cooperative, but committed to constructing the project in the right manner. Your team understands the design-build construction process and brings valuable input to both the design and construction phases of a project. Your team is also committed to continuously improving the services you provide, whether it is the quality of your customer service or the quality of the building products you install.
J. Jeffrey Griffin, PhD, PE, PMP, Structural Engineer & Project Manager – LJB Inc.
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Woodland Construction Company, Inc. (WCC) and the WCC team assigned to the Glade View Elementary School Remodeling and Renovation project in Belle Glade, Florida. The three supervisors assigned to this project were instrumental in helping Pirtle Construction, Inc. to complete the Tilt Wan Scope of Work on this project in a timely manner and with zero accidents. The supervisors were excellent in their communications, strongly adhered to standards of quality and their safety program was impeccable. They are indeed craftsmen who deliver a quality product that met or exceeded the specifications and our expectations. These three supervisors and our site superintendent worked great together. They coordinated and planned every aspect of the Tilt Wall and the poured in place scope of work to the best interest of the project and WCC.
Jose Capellan Jr. LEED®AP, Project Manager & Tony Sicignano, Site Superintendent – Pirtle Construction, Inc.
I would like to commend Woodland Construction, Inc. on the completion of this project for Whiting-Turner. We also want to express our gratitude for the Woodland Team on this project for United Technologies Fire and Security Innovation Lab. They have worked professionally, diligently, and knowledgeably to finish your scope of work on time and on budget. Though this project had its share of difficulties, your supervisors never lost sight of the goals and worked with Whiting-Turner to allow these goals to come to fruition. Both of these individuals worked and dealt with management issues in a very professional way. Woodland Construction is an innovative forward thinking concrete contractor who understands that tilt-up construction can be architecturally expanded and adapted to new applications. We have enjoyed working with your firm and are looking forward to our next project together.
David Johnston, Project Manager – The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co.
I am writing to thank you and commend you for your exemplary performance on the Oxygen Development project in the Village of Palm Springs, Florida. The overall quality of the finished product was of the highest standard with exceptional finish, well within the tolerances expected. The attention to detail on the fractured finishes on the East wall and the cast in place lobby stairway stand as testament to the quality, not only of the building, but of your organization. We greatly appreciate your participation in this project and look forward to many, many more in the future.
Greg Westberry, Vice President – Itasca Construction Associates, Inc.
I would like to take the opportunity to recognize Woodland Construction for your tireless efforts in working together with us on the Miami-Dade County Public School District Modular Program. Our achievement in delivering a record 42 schools to the district for the first day of school was obtained as a result of the collaborative efforts of each person on our team. I feel that it is imperative to acknowledge your role as an instrumental component of our team as well as to our company's success. We often refer to the success of our projects, and the team that is assigned to a project governs that success. This holds particularly true in this endeavor as we achieved what appeared to be an unattainable goal to many. We never lost sight of the objective. The commitment of our subcontractors to deliver high-level craftsmanship with a timely approach is in part the reason Pirtle Construction Company celebrates the success of this project. Thank you once again for all your support and dedication. I look forward to teaming together with you on future projects as we continue to maintain an outstanding reputation.
Mike Geary, Executive Vice President – Pirtle Construction, Inc.
