Woodland has a lower than average industry EMR rate.
Our employees receive extensive equipment safety training including CPR and OSHA certifications. Each Supervisor is given a project specific Safety Program manual. Woodland’s Executive Safety Director performs site safety inspections weekly. All Project Supervisors and Foremen conduct daily morning safety huddles as well as weekly documented safety meetings/tool box talks.

OSHA 10: Lead Carpenters
CPR Training: FPM, Supervisors, Foremen, Lead Carpenters
All new hires attend a full Safety Orientation meeting before starting to work.
Our entire crew is trained on the following: Proper Personal Protective Equipment Use (PPE); Hand and Power Tool Safety; Excavation Safety; Fall Protection; Hazard Communication; Ladder Safety; Scaffold Safety; Signalman & Spotter Training; Housekeeping.
All employees and management personnel from the position of Project Foreman and above are Certified ACI/TCA Technicians/Supervisors, as trained and tested through the American Concrete Institute and the Tilt Up Concrete Association programs.
Woodland is the first Tilt-Up company to receive the Certified Architectural Tilt-Up Company designation by the Tilt-Up Concrete Association: 2014
